Please make your hotel reservations by yourself (accommodation is not included), the Lasaretti Hotel has a quota for the participants of the conference until September 22nd. The quota price in Lasaretti for a single room is 80 Euros and double 96 euros.

Also Holiday Inn Oulu has a quota until September 22nd for our conference guests. Holiday Inn is located in the city centre, 500 meters from the Lasaretti. The prices in Holiday Inn are 89 Euros/single room and 126,40/double room.

Oulu

Oulu http://www.ouka.fi/english/index.asp is located about 600km north of Helsinki.Getting to Oulu is simple. With an airport on the edge of the city and a railway station in the city centre, Oulu is well connected to the rest of Finland and the whole world. It takes about 20-30 minutes from the Airport to the city centre and conference venue.

By plane
The flight from Helsinki to Oulu takes about an hour, and there are 15 daily flights from Helsinki to Oulu and three from Stockholm. For air travel, the addresses you need are www.finnair.com and www.blue1.com.

By train
